About the Job:

• Assemble and build pods using hand and power tools such as drills and screw guns.

• Read and follow build instructions, drawings, or work orders to ensure accurate assembly.

• Inspect materials and components for quality before and during assembly.

• Keep an accurate count of parts and materials used in builds, and report shortages or defects.

• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of pod components and hardware.

• Support process improvements to make pod builds more efficient and cost-effective.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete builds on schedule.

• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

What you Bring:

• Ability to lift and work with parts or sub-assemblies weighting up to 50lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer abilities with web-based systems.
• Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing or a related field a +
• Experience in wood production a +
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift 20Ibs- 50Ibs
