Reborn Cabinets is looking for apprentice installers for our bath solutions division. This is an entry-level position as an assistant to an experienced installer

You will learn how to complete bath remodels which include demo, installation, and finish work. Start as an apprentice and quickly learn how to advance into a journeyman

The apprentice position will spend up to 3 weeks training in Reborn University before being paired up on an installation team. While on the team, you will be taught more about our process and rapidly advance in pay and experience. Our goal is for you to become a journeyman in less than 12 months

To be successful in this position you must be able to read a tape measure, be good with your hands, and have an eye for detail. If this is you, then you are a perfect fit for an exciting career as a bath installer!

About the Job:

• Follow detailed instructions from experienced journeymen

• Assist with bathroom remodels, including demo, installation, and finish work

• Support journeyman installer on job sites

• Participate in up to 3 weeks of training at Reborn University

• Continue hands-on learning while paired with an installation team

• Commit to developing skills to advance into a journeyman role within 12 months

What You Bring:

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to pass a hands-on mechanical aptitude test

• Strong attention to detail with integrity and professionalism

• Customer service focus and teamwork mindset

• Ability to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
