About the Role  

• Lead spray booth operations, ensuring quality and production goals are met
• Mix and apply stains, glazes, and topcoats to wood cabinetry using HVLP and other spray equipment
• Maintain consistent finish quality and color accuracy across all sprayed components
• Inspect and prep wood surfaces before and after finishing (sanding, touch-ups, corrections)
• Ensure booth cleanliness, proper ventilation, and daily equipment checks
• Work in compliance with all health and safety protocols, including wearing a respirator throughout your shift
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to coordinate workflow and maintain finishing schedules
• Provide guidance and training to finishing team members as needed

What you Bring

• Required: Experience operating spray booths and applying finishes in a production setting
• Required: Ability to wear a respirator for the duration of your shift
• Strong working knowledge of stains, topcoats, and finishing products
• Skilled in HVLP spraying, sanding, prepping, and color matching
• Leadership experience or ability to guide others in a finishing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Able to lift 20–50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods
• Solid understanding of workplace safety, especially in spray environments

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 5:00am -1:30pm
