About the Role  

• Mix and match custom wood stains to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.

• Apply stains, glazes, and topcoats to wood cabinetry using hand tools and spray equipment.

• Inspect wood surfaces for imperfections; sand, prep, and touch up as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Operate finishing tools and equipment, including sprayers, sanders, and drying booths.

• Follow finishing schedules to meet daily production goals.

• Maintain quality standards through attention to detail and color accuracy.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Finishing Supervisor.

What you Bring

• Experience in wood staining, finishing, painting, or cabinetry (required).

• Ability to mix stains and match colors by eye with a high degree of accuracy.

• Skilled in hand sanding and orbital sanding techniques.

• Previous experience with wood products or cabinet manufacturing a plus.

• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, lift 20–50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable using hand tools and spray equipment.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and finishing best practices.

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 5:00am -1:30pm
