Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners during pre-set, qualified appointments—no cold calling or door knocking—offering kitchen and bath solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers high earning potential, with representatives typically earning between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses, car allowance, and mileage reimbursement. You'll receive comprehensive paid training, full health benefits, and access to a 401(k) retirement plan. Success in this role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, drive an average of 100 miles per day, and confidently handle rejection. Candidates must be tech-savvy (iPad use), hold a valid driver’s license and insurance, and pass a background check.
