We are seeking a motivated, empathetic Customer Success Specialist to engage customers post-sale, clarify contract details, and retain business through meaningful conversations, strategic offers, and exceptional service. This role focuses on turning "at-risk" customers into loyal patrons by addressing concerns, solving problems, and highlighting the value of Renovo brands.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage inbound cancellation requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct in-depth conversations to identify the root case of dissatisfaction or cancellation intent.
- Offer tailored solution (discounts, feature education, account adjustments, etc.) to save the customer relationship.
- Track, report, and analyze save attempts, success rates, and reasons for cancellation.
- Collaborate with Installation and Sales teams to share customer feedback and trends.
- Build and refine cancel save scripts, objection handling playbooks, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to create new save offers, loyalty incentives, or service improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, always representing Renovo with professionalism, positivity, and customer-first thinking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Optional – background in customer loyal programs or win-back campaigns
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage sensitive customer conversations with empathy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite (Advanced Proficiency Preferred)
- Ability to fulfill duties effectively in remote work environment
