We are seeking motivated individuals to participate in our structured training program. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and skill development.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Work efficiently towards completing the training program.
• Participate in hands-on learning activities with trainer oversight and apply feedback effectively.
• Show initiative in understanding department processes and utilizing company technology and software.
• Communicate regularly with trainers regarding progress and training needs.
• Support a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
• Stay organized and track personal training milestones.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and problem-solve efficiently.
• Effective time management skills.
• Some engineering experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role.

• Arrive on time and be fully engaged during training sessions.
• Listen attentively, ask questions, and actively participate in learning opportunities.
• Apply training concepts through practice and hands-on experience.
