Compensation: Anywhere from $150,000-$250,000 per year.

• Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand plumbing system layouts for residential and commercial properties.

• Navigate the assembly and installation of drains and supply lines, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.

• Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to shower drains, supply lines, clogged drains, faucet problems, broken drainage lines, and more.

• Prepare work orders, schedules, and other project documentation as needed.

• Coordinate with installers, helpers, and subcontractors, ensuring they operate efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, addressing concerns, and keeping them informed of project progress.

• Collaborate with other project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.

• Monitor, direct, and supervise all aspects of plumbing installation projects from inception to completion.

• Verify accuracy and completeness of work performed on project job sites.

• Active plumbing license in New Mexico
• Proven experience working as a plumber in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials and equipment
• Working knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work
• Exceptional customer service and client focus
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiar with plumbing tools and equipment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
