Our team is dedicated to delivering superior craftsmanship and outstanding service to every client, ensuring their vision for their homes becomes a reality. We are looking for an Installation Manager to join our award-winning team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly meetings with installers and apprentices to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, workflow changes, and ensure effective communication. Document meeting outcomes and respond accordingly. Schedule meetings in Outlook for consistency.

  • Ensure the correctness of all Certificates of Completion (COCs), collect them on time, and ensure appropriate payments are submitted promptly.

  • Maintain communication with customers to facilitate smooth transactions related to installations or work orders.

  • Review the Automated Data Processing (ADP) system for accuracy in allocation and lunch breaks. Take corrective action with team members as necessary.

  • Review the schedule for accuracy and reasonable completion expectations. Make alterations if required to ensure efficiency.

  • Delegate tasks related to project coordination (PC) to ensure organizational clarity for both the team and customers.

  • Complete contract reviews assigned to the team. Check and address any change orders emailed to you promptly.

  • Attend all scheduled meetings as assigned in Outlook/Zoom.

  • Update Paysheets for current and upcoming jobs as needed and upload them to Buildertrend.

  • Provide regular updates to the Account Manager

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent
  • Knowledge of construction practices
  • Familiar with various construction methods and materials, particularly in bathroom renovations and fixture installations.
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism
  • Must be customer service driven
  • Must be able to pass a background screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
