Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting survey calls, identifying issues, and offering solutions.
This is a hybrid position with the potential to transition to 100% remote based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales and issue resolution.
- Negotiate effectively to address customer concerns and fix issues.
- Achieve a minimum of 15 demos per month as the first-tier target, and 30 demos per month as the second-tier target.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Tech-savvy individuals are preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team, especially with former sales representatives.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
- Hunger for success and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- Monday through Friday from 10:00AM-6:00PM or 12:00PM to 8:30PM.
- Weekend shifts from 9:00AM-4:00PM
- Every other weekend off.
