What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and energize a team of 10-12 sales professionals to exceed aggressive targets and deliver life-changing results for our customers.
• Coach to Win: Conduct weekly ride-alongs, hands-on training, and personalized coaching to elevate team performance and close rates.
• Drive Results: Analyze data, implement growth strategies, and consistently hit or exceed revenue goals.
• Lead by Example: Roll up your sleeves and get in the field when needed—closing deals, mentoring team members, and demonstrating what excellence looks like.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Leadership: 3+ years in sales management with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams (home remodeling industry preferred).
• Home Remodeling Expertise: 2+ years of in-home sales experience, preferably in either window, kitchen, or bathroom remodeling.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, ADP and other tech tools to manage and track your team’s performance.
• Passion for Excellence: A relentless commitment to developing your team, collaborating across departments, and achieving greatness. Good to great thinking.
• Road Warrior: Be ready to hit the field for ride-alongs with your team, providing hands-on coaching and support to develop underperforming sales professionals into top performers.
