Responsibilities 

• Follow established protocols and comply with safety policies. 
• Measure for cuts.
• Mill all cabinet parts.
• Assist with drawer box process.
• Maintain tools.
• Start up assembly and production machinery at the beginning of shift.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. 
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Assemble parts by hand.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Minimize waste by conserving materials and resources.
• Ensure cleanliness of assembly floor; demonstrate consistent, thorough housekeeping practices. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing or a related field a +
• Experience in wood production a +
• Experience working as a sander, stainer, finisher, painter +
• experience working in warehouse, quality control (qc), shipping & receiving a +
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift 20Ibs- 50Ibs
