The primary focus of the Field Marketing Manager is to consistently meet and exceed Reborn Cabinets and Dreamstyle Remodeling’s appointment and demo goals for events, retail, and canvassing programs. Additionally, it involves tracking and measuring the results of face-to-face marketing programs for both Dreamstyle Remodeling and Reborn Cabinets. Another key responsibility is to hire, train, schedule, coach, and work with Brand Ambassadors in the field during events, canvassing, and retail locations as needed to optimize results and efficiencies for both companies.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Brand Ambassadors to meet campaign goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic field contacts.
• Manage event logistics, including booking, staffing, and results tracking.
• Develop programs with the marketing team to drive appointments.
• Manage team schedules and payroll processing using ADP.
• Execute Payroll Action Forms (PAFs) and Corrective Action Forms (CAFs).
• Conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews with direct reports.
• Motivate event and retail staff to achieve personal goals.
• Verify timely and accurate CRM entries.
• Track and analyze daily team results.
• Provide event and campaign summaries to the marketing team.
• Develop and lead door-to-door canvassing programs.
• Oversee showroom operations and develop programs to drive traffic.
• Support recruitment, training, and retention of showroom talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field management experience overseeing brand ambassadors/reps/ canvassers (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience in field marketing or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP.
• Experience in managing events and developing marketing programs.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead setting policies.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and foster a positive work environment
