Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners during pre-set, qualified appointments—no cold calling or door knocking—offering kitchen, bath, or window solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers high earning potential, with representatives typically earning between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses, car allowance, and mileage reimbursement. You'll receive comprehensive paid training and full health benefits. Success in this role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, drive an average of 100 miles per day, close deals on the spot, and confidently handle rejection. Candidates must be tech-savvy (iPad use), hold a valid driver’s license and insurance, and pass a background check.
