This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team with coordination of campaign planning, events, project and asset management.  Ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives in alignment with the marketing objectives of overall company vision, mission, and marketing strategy to promote Reborn Cabinet products and/or services.



  • Supports the Marketing management team with integrated marketing and the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns including online, digital, social, print, broadcast, email and direct mail advertising.
  • Manage the fulfillment of direct mail for Renovo, including maintaining test calendar, obtaining and organizing prospect data, tracking results, validating calls, maintaining test numbers, maintain creative catalogue, creating and maintaining terms and conditions.
  • Assist with producing all internal team requests including sales communications, sales collateral, presentations, recruitment tools.
  • Support the Marketing team in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling campaign results, sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines
  • Obtain quotes for marketing materials (business cards, flyers, circulate for approval and place orders.
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Manage marketing invoices, ensuring that all lead counts are validated and invoices are approved and entered for tracking timely.
  • Manage all vendor communication regarding payment.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation of marketing expenses.
  • Set up new campaigns for tracking, including phone numbers, Salesforce campaigns, expense forecasts.
  • Assist with communication in social platforms (Houzz, Facebook, etc.).
  • Validate integrity of lead tracking; coordinate with call center to ensure all leads are being sourced appropriately.
  • Circulate weekly promos to sales and call center.
  • Building of the monthly promo deck for communication to sales and call center.
  • Conduct customer outreach to book and coordinate before and after phone shoots.
  • Conduct market and other research.
  • Monitor inbound leads for failed posting, correct where able, and communicate needed fixes to forms and posting instructions to vendors.
  • Manage direct mail opt outs and do not call/promote requests.
  • Manage contracts repository, tracking start and end dates with calendar requests.
  • Track reviews and installer payouts.



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related area, or combination of education and related work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience campaign management and marketing operations
  • Working knowledge of display advertising, social media, email and marketing database campaigns
  • Experience in marketing strategy, partnership or integrated marketing
  • Experience in project management
