Overview

 

Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for a project coordinator to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion!

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure partners and project team leads have the necessary information to service our customers

  • Provide training for all newly onboarded partners

  • Maintain partner documents; licensing and insurance

  • Communicate contract details with partners, project team leads, and customers

  • Responsible for reviewing partner & vendor invoices upon receipt

  • Create, update, and receive purchases orders (labor and material)

  • Run an expected delivery report on all outstanding purchase orders

  • Maintain ledger of all subcontract payment totals on bi-weekly basis

  • Process permit requests through established permit procurement process

Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our system

  • Customer service oriented personality

  • Ability to work in a FAST paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Experience with a CRM and logistics preferred

  • Technologically experienced; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (We are paperless)

  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

  • Must be customer service driven

  • Must be able to pass a background screening

  • Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Create, update, and receive purchases orders (labor and material) using MAS 90 (accounting software)
  • Run an expected delivery report on all outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintain ledger of all subcontract payment totals on bi-weekly basis
  • Process permit requests through established permit procurement process

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $25.00/Hr.

Posted Max Pay Rate
